Ingridient
Nagali/Ragi/red millet – 4 cup
Powdered Sugar – 2 cups
Cardamom powder – 1 tea spoon
Pure ghee - 1 cup
Procedure
Heat the ghee in a pan. Add the flour and fry it on a low flame stirring continuously. Once it is done, let it cool. Add powdered cardamom and sugar. Mix well. Shape into ladoos and serve

I make ragi laddus a little differently-for 3 cups ragi add half a cup wheat flour. It comes out wonderfully well.
